To get a more dramatic look, allow your lashes to dry for about 15-20 seconds before applying additional layers.

To Use: For best results, apply to lashes, allow to dry for approx. 15-20 seconds, then apply another layer. Repeat until you acheive your desired length. For really sensitive eyes, use in combination with our Natural Mineral Eyeliner Pencil or Natural Liquid Eyeliner.
